Lodge

Ornate perfection, ossified,
perception skewed,
fixation pure,
on stone alone.

All in order, not amiss,
structure solid, built secure,
no sand, no storm, no uncertainty;
for none but one.

Devoid of wholeness,
the tragedy; self-imposed,
fear inhibits, rising anxiety,
through the forest,
find the tree.

Beam identified, approach methodical,
seize the moment, seek a way,
familiar place, unfamiliar inhabitant,
structure abandoned, by what becomes?
